Ice Machines are Simple to Maintain
An initial concern of Alligator Ice customers is how to
maintain their slush machine. One
of the
easiest parts of operating this frozen drink maker is the cleaning and
maintenance. To view a video

video. Alligator Ice
recommends
that once or twice a month, the slush bowls be completely disassembled
and
cleaned. Once every
other week it is recommended
to drain the machine and rinse each bowl with warm soapy water. You will want to make sure
that you rinse the
machine thoroughly with water to get out all soap from the first rinse. In addition to keeping
your slush bowls
clean, you will need to keep your rear mounted air filter clear. This is a wire mesh filter
that pulls off
from the back of the slush machine.
Keeping this air filter clean is essential to
slush machine performance. Additionally
