Alligator
Ice offers the Bunn Ultra II and Bunn Ultra I slush machines
from Bunn-O-Matic. These commercial grade slush machines have
proven to be the best performing
machine with
the least amount of required

How
can I justify the investment of my frozen drink machine?
Justifying
the investment of a new Bunn frozen drink machine can be
tough for any size of business. The way that Alligator Ice
frozen drink programs are structured is to give your business enough
free slush mix with your slush machine to completely cover the cost of
your investment. The included slush mix with your program is
enough to cover the cost of your machine. Additionally, your
new Bunn slush machine is backed by two warrantees. First, a
manufactures warrantee that has a limited five year
warrantee. Secondly, a supplemental warrantee from Alligator
Ice that essentially reimburses you with free frozen drink mix to cover
the cost of any repairs (exclusions do apply). Lastly,
depending on your location and distributor you may qualify for an
'upcharge program.' An upcharge program is where your
distributor will place a machine for you to use free of charge in
exchange for an increased price on the slush mix that you order through
them.

I have any service issues who do I contact?
Depending
on your Alligator Ice supplier, you will either contact them
OR contact Alligator Ice directly. You can always contact Alligator Ice
at 1-866-594-2867 and we will assist you as much as possible.
If the issue can not be resolved other the phone, you will be able to
contact Bunn-O-Matic to further resolve the issue.
How
long is the shelf life of your slush mix?
Alligator
Ice Slush Mix has a shelf life of one full year.
After the product is mixed it is recommended to keep the juice either
in your slush machine or refrigerated in a mixing container.
Mixed product should be sold through within 2 weeks. Each
mixture is equal to 30 - 12 oz cups so there should be no concern of
wasted slush product.
How
easy is it to maintain my frozen drink machine?
Maintenance
of your bunn slush machine is very simple.
Alligator Ice recommends to thoroughly rinse your machine out
weekly. Slush mix in your machine can be drained into a
mixing container for later use. Additionally, we recommend to
completely break down and clean your bowl, auger, faucet, and removable
seals every other week. Lastly, there is an wire mesh air
filter on the back of the slush machine. This filter is
easily removed and should be rinsed at least once per month.
Doing this will ensure a fully functioning slush machine.
Is
it hard to set up my frozen drink machine?
Typically
your machine will be installed by your distributor or
directly by Alligator Ice. All that is involved with this
process is assembling the machine, putting it in the needed counter
position at your business, and plugging the machine into a standard
110V wall outlet. Assembly of the machine takes approximately

are your best frozen drink flavors?
Alligator Ice gets
this
question a lot. Red and Blue are
always the top sellers of Alligator Ice. There are various
'red' and 'blue' frozen drink flavors. The best selling of these
are
the california strawberry slush mix flavor
and the bayou blue raspberry slush
mix flavor. You
will find that younger customers will typically choose their slush
flavor based on color rather than actual slush taste flavor.
Due to this, blue and red are always the top selling slush flavors.
