Handling / Storage Shelf Life: |
Ideal storage is climate controlled dry or refrigerated storage for Coo Coo's Coolers 100% juice mix. If stored above 70° F mix shelf life can start to decrease from our rated six month life. Freezing coo coo's coolers mix can cause the product to crystallize. This will not cause a problem with the product but can make mixing the product more difficult.
After Coo Coo's Coolers is reconstituted with water, product mix should be kept at or below 44° F. Shelf life of mixed product is 1 week (7 days). Proper product stock rotation should always be practiced to ensure freshness and avoid product spoilage.

Cleaning Instructions: |
Due
to the sensitivity
of this product, machines should not be shut down at night and the
chill setting should be left on so product will stay cold.
Machines should be cleaned out completely once a week to prevent
fermentation of the juice. Follow machine manufacturing
instructions on how to clean machines. |
