What health codes do I have topass withthe local health department of my event?
Much consideration hasbeen put into the design of your concessiontrailer to ensure that it will meet all health code regulations. This has included the most common regulations of sinks andwaste water.  The trailer comes equipped with a threecompartment sink plus a handwash sink to meet concessions standards.  A hot water heater is also supplied to meet regulations. Additional items that you will have to check on are sanitaryserving gloves and PH testing strips for your dish sanitizing solution. Alligator Ice strongly recommends that you check with thelocal health department of your event to get complete regulations.

How does the trailer handlewastewater?
Depending on thecapacity of fresh water that you opt for in yourtrailer, the size of your gray water capacity will vary.  At aminimum your trailer will have 20% more gray water capacity than yourfresh water capacity.  Additionally, a waste water dischargevalve is included so that you may properly dispose of all concessionwaste water.

How big of a truck do Ineed to pullthis trailer?
Your enclosed concessiontrailer will come with a standard trailertongue to fit a 2" hitch.  The maximum gross vehicle weight(GVWR) is 7,000.  The total weight will be determined by thetotal amount of storage that you put into the concession trailer. The weight of the fully equipped trailer by itself (GVW) is4100 lbs.  Complete weight will depend on how much fresh wateryou put on your trailer and how many cases of Alligator Ice youplan on storing in your concessions trailer.  With a full45 gallons of fresh water and 30 cases of Alligator Ice, you arelooking at a totaltrailer weight of approximately 5600 lbs.  Alligator Ice strongreccomends consulting your vehicle owner's manual to determine thetowing capacity of your vehicle.

Arethe trailer walls insulated?
Yes, your concessiontrailer walls are insulated.  They areone inch thick and fiberglass insulated.  This will help tokeep your trailer cool which will ensure top performing frozen drinkmachines.

Does the trailer come witha bottomskirt?
Our frozen drinkconcession trailer program has an optional trailerskirt.  Some events may require you to have a skirting aroundyour trailer which is why this item is optional.  The itemcost for your concession trailer skirting is $500.  This willcompletely cover the bottom edges of your trailer, the tongue, and thegenerator.  We suggest that you evaluate the events that youplan on attending to determine if this is a needed cost for yourconcession trailer or not.
